1 Courses Regarding Soft Skill Be Made As A Compulsory Subject

I suggest that more courses regarding soft-skill should be given to graduates. According to Malaysia-Today, Malaysian graduates lack soft-skills development. These courses can train graduates to become more confident in their communication skill, public speaking and interview. Interview is one of the main factors why graduates are unable to get a job. They do not do well in their interview because they do not equip themselves with necessary skills needed for interview. So, universities have to play a very important role in giving graduates some training such as how to behave during interview , must be punctual for interview, what kind of attire should be worn, preparations before interview and many more.
